Therefore some cashback websites are going to be better then others because some offer a more competitive rate of cashback. So one site may give you %5 cashback when you shop at Amazon.com but another cashback website may give you %10 - it depends on the site. You will obviously be best off joining the second cashback site as it gives you %10 cashback instead of just %5.

The best cashback websites are completely free to join and use. You should avoid the ones that charge any kind of membership fee, because this fee is unnecessary. Cashback websites make money when you shop through them, so it doesn't make sense for a cashback site to charge you to join.
